For partners
For mortgage brokers
Property tax is part of every borrower's monthly cost, and it often sits inside the mortgage payment. A free check at renewal time, or each January, is a practical way to help a client without selling them anything.
What you get
- A co-branded link and QR code, plus a January email you send from your own account.
- A dashboard of how many clients checked, how many were fairly assessed and what the others saved, all computed from real checks.
- A plain explanation you can pass on: where a saving appears (lower bill, credit or refund) and how that can affect a tax portion collected with the mortgage.
Some clients may be fairly assessed. If they are, we'll tell them.
Referral compensation
You can choose a fixed fee per signed file or per successful outcome, or none. If a partner receives a referral fee from us, they must tell you before referring you. Your clients pay the same price either way.
Not yet verified
Mortgage-broker regulators require referral compensation to be disclosed to the borrower. We are confirming the exact rules for Ontario (FSRA, fsrao.ca), BC (BCFSA, bcfsa.ca), Alberta (RECA, reca.ca) and, before any Quebec launch, the AMF (lautorite.qc.ca). You acknowledge a written disclosure before your link goes live. [COUNSEL TO CONFIRM]
Consent
Partners send to their own clients under their own relationship. We never receive or email a partner's client list.
