For partners

For accountants and bookkeepers

Your clients' property tax shows up in their household budget or on their business's books. A quick, honest check of the assessment behind it is a useful thing to mention in tax season.

What we offer

  • A co-branded link and a short email you send from your own account.
  • For business clients with several locations, a route to our commercial team and a free report. A free Portfolio Equity Report on up to 20 locations, with a pursue / don't-pursue view for each.
  • Statements your clients can hand you: after a decision, the old and new values, the fee and when the saving appears.

Some clients may be fairly assessed. If they are, we'll tell them.

Referral fees

Note

Professional accounting bodies have rules on referral fees and on disclosing them to clients (for example CPA Canada and the provincial CPA bodies). By default we don't pay accountants a referral fee. If you'd like one, you confirm in writing that your professional rules allow it, and we disclose it to your clients.

Partners send to their own clients under their own relationship. We never receive or email a partner's client list.
